This full retreat immersion is designed for those who have not touched a gong in their life or those who want to go deeper and learn what it takes to play the gong with confidence and set up a professional business to enable them to sustain doing what they love.

Andy & Anna
Andy & Anna started their journey together twelve years ago as Gong & Didge (yes that was our original brand name!) and have since run a retreat centre - Peopletree Mallorca in Spain for seven years, got married and created events around the world.
ANNA grew up in London and spent eighteen years working in TV Marketing. She left her career as Head of Marketing at BBC One after taking a sabbatical and realising that there were other exciting ventures to be had. In 2011, simultaneously to working at The BBC, she did her Gong Practitioner Training and Kundalini Yoga Teacher training over a year. This began a huge transformation which lead Anna to pursue the spiritual path full time. Once covid hit, Andy & Anna needed to review the future of their retreat centre. Anna had a download one night and wrote the headlines on her Iphone. She printed it the next day and it filled three pages of A4. This was then the start of The Gong Business School which Anna launched four years ago online to future proof the business. Anna´s passion for the gong and the school have gone from strength to strength.
Anna´s mission is "to raise the vibration and get the gong out to as many people who need it right now ". She teaches mainly online to spread the word further, but due to popular demand, she has stepped back in to running exclusive in person retreats, teaching you everything she knows in a fun, informative and inspiring way. She is also the founder of Gong International, a thriving community on facebook of 10,000 International Gong Enthusiasts.
ANDY has been passionate about music from a young age and trained as a classical guitarist, his other love is the didgeridoo and as many other instruments he can get his hands on. He is a also a Music Producer, Chef and Commercial Drone Pilot.
Andy learnt how to make didgeridoos and circular breathe in Australia with a family of Aboriginals many years ago. Since then he has held workshops teaching people how to play and make their own didgeridoos. Andy will be offering circular breathing and a how to play the didgeridoo session as part of the retreat.
Andy will also be treating you to his Around The World In Seven Days menu of deliciousness, from his vegan and vegetarian cookbook. This was created off the back of clients requesting Andy’s menus from past retreats and food that inspired him whilst travelling.

Andy and I are so excited to host you at this stunning location in Mallorca, Spain. It is actually where we live. It is an undiscovered fishing village on the South West tip of the island facing the captivating Dragonera Island and National Park with the most magnificent sunsets.
The Castell De Sant Elm is a beautiful converted castle to retreat venue, which has retained the cultural heritage, whilst providing you with all your creature comforts to study, sleep and relax. There is also access to the most crystal clear Mediterranean water. Great for swimming and snorkelling. There are also kayaks available for hire from Keida. You might even catch Anna on one with her husky dog!
All of the Gong Business School sessions will take place at the castle. Aside of the Teacher Training, you will receive breath work sessions, a didgeridoo workshop, a kundalini class, a massage and a boat trip around the bay of Sant Elm to some hidden coves. There will be daily gong baths, which you can take turn hosting if you want the experience of being in the teaching seat. Anna will also do a sunset special gong bath in the pine forest overlooking Dragonera and teach you the subtleties of playing the gong out in the elements.
Andy will nourish you with his delicious vegan and vegetarian Around The World menu. You can also take a wander in your free time to the intimate village of Sant Elm. A short walk to cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shops. There is also a convenience store and a pharmacy.
From my years of attending retreats all over the world for leisure and as a Gong Practitioner, this is a location that I always knew I would run a retreat from, providing you with a little bit of everything to have the most amazing and memorable holiday, whilst being in an experiential and learning environment.

Gong Business School Curriculum
🙌 BREATHWORK
The day will kick off with a breathwork session to get you in to a good learning head space.
You will simultaneously learn sequences of breathwork that you can use as a precursor to playing the gong to your clients.
In one of the sessions, Andy will teach you how to circular breathe and play the didgeridoo.

The day will end with a relaxing Gong Bath. This will be a combination of Anna playing and an opportunity for students to step in to perform in front of an audience.

There will be a rota for anyone who wants to practice playing the gong during free time.
Certification
A Certificate Of Sound Healing will be issued upon attendance of ALL The Gong Business School training sessions on the retreat.
To qualify for the certificate, each student must attend all the compulsory Gong Business School sessions during the retreat and perform playing the gong in front of Anna. There will be a handful of slots available to play in front of a group. First come first served.
There will be a rota for anyone who wants to practice playing the gong during free time.
Food and Drinks
A delicious and healthy group set menu is provided for BRUNCH & DINNER at The Castell De Sant Elm. This includes vegan and vegetarian dishes inspired from around the world and Andy´s cookbook.
Self-service teas, coffees and fruit will be available throughout the day. Water and refillable bottles will be provided.
BRUNCH will be served between the hours of 12pm & 1pm
DINNER will be served between the hours of 7pm & 8pm
Please be on time. There are no exceptions outside of these hours.
Please let Andy know first thing in the morning if you are NOT joining for any meals on a particular day, so we can avoid waste.
Food allergies can be accommodated. Please let us know IN ADVANCE what you have to avoid and what the symptoms are for health and safety reasons. An intake form will be provided.

There is an ATM, convenience store and pharmacy at Sant Elm beach, a short walk away.

We will aim to join you up sharing taxis from Palma De Mallorca airport if you arrive at similar times. It is approximately 80 euros per taxi each way. There are taxis outside of the airport. It takes approximately 40 mins to 1 hour to Sant Elm.
If you prefer to rent a car, we can recommend Terry´s Car Hire. They speak English and they will leave the keys in a convenient place without having to queue in the airport. We recommend getting fully comprehensive insurance. https://www.terryscarhire.com
